DC Public Schools (DCPS) require new contractors to complete a questionnaire, an additional set of fingerprints, a drug test and depending on how you answer the questionnaire you may need to complete a TB skin test. To be clear, you have to complete fingerprints through FieldPrint (which meets the AmeriCorps requirement) and DCPS for a total of 2 fingerprinting appointments. Here is a tutorial to complete this process. 

All contracted employees in East Hartford Public Schools must be fingerprinted in accordance with Public Act 94-221. The steps to complete the fingerprinting process are outlined below:

1. Pre-enroll for fingerprinting (please refer to CCHRS Service Code Form and follow instructions carefully.

2. Follow the prompts to submit the pre-enrollment form electronically. You will be required to submit an electronic payment (credit card/debit card/Visa/MasterCard only).

3. Once you have pre-enrolled, you can make an appointment at CREC to be fingerprinted (please refer to CREC Info Sheet linked here).

Please note in addition to the pre-enrollment fee which must be electronically paid during the online pre-enrollment process, there is also a processing fee that must be paid at the time fingerprints are taken. The total cost of these fingerprints should be around $130. When making an appointment there will be an initial cost $36.75 for money order or cashiers check and $38.28 with credit/debit card. During the appointment, there will be another fee of around $88.84. The GO Tutor Corps will reimburse you for the full costs of these fingerprints. NYC Department of Education (DOE) requires new Fellows to complete an additional set of fingerprints through IdentoGo. This requirement currently does not apply to GO-NYC Fellows. Please follow this guide to complete your IdentoGo fingerprints.
